Pendle Forklift Services offers forklift operator driving training on site or alternatively at our training centre based in Earby, Lancashire.

Examinations

If you own or operate a forklift truck, it must have a valid Report of Thorough Examination.

Thorough Examinations are a legal requirement, and whether your forklift trucks are owned or hired, it is your responsibly to ensure that each truck has a fully up-to-date Report of Thorough Examination.
Failure to comply could result in prosecution, invalidation of your insurance, or worse still, a serious accident due to faulty equipment.

In many ways, a Thorough Examination for forklift trucks is like an MOT for a car, and only accredited companies that have committed to adhering to the strict Quality Assurance Procedural Code are allowed to use the certification mark.

Pendle Forklift Services is one of the only companies in Lancashire to be accredited by the CFTS (Consolidated Fork Truck Services Ltd) to carry out Thorough Examinations. Pendle Forklift Services can offer ‘one -off’ Thorough Examinations or a management programme that will ensure that Thorough Examinations are carried out on your forklift trucks at required intervals.

All Thorough Examinations from Pendle Forklift Services are carried out by a qualified engineer.
